1. Who We Are

iMerchy is a trading name of Hardvance LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16616863 (VAT number 505554110), with its registered office at Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, England, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom, which is also our address for written correspondence. Where a return is needed for a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we send a prepaid label. For a UK cancellation under the 14-day right, email us first and we will give you the return address. Our products are printed and shipped by production partners inside the United States. We trade online at imerchy.com and sell made-to-order printed products to customers in the United States and the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us. You must provide accurate billing and delivery details.

3. Products

All products are printed on demand. Product photographs and mockups are representative; the exact shade of a printed colour, the position of a design and the feel of a garment can vary slightly between production runs and between screens. Some variation between production runs is expected.

Garment sizing varies by brand. Please check the size chart shown on each product page before ordering.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Adding an item to your basket and paying does not by itself form a contract. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is discontinued or a price was listed in error, we will tell you and refund you in full.

5. Prices, Currency and Tax

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD), for US and UK customers alike. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Shipping is free on all orders to US and UK addresses. For UK orders, UK VAT at 20% is included in the displayed price and is accounted for by us at the point of sale, so no import duties, customs fees or carrier handling charges fall due on delivery. For US orders, any sales tax that applies is shown separately at checkout.

6. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards through Stripe, and Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link on supported devices. Payment is taken in full at the time you order.

All card payments are processed by our payment providers over an encrypted connection. iMerchy does not see, handle or store your full card number or security code at any point.

7. Delivery

Delivery terms and production times are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Shipping itself is free on all US and UK orders.

8. Returns and Refunds

Your rights to a replacement or a refund are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Our Designs

Every design sold on imerchy.com is our own original artwork. We do not print customer-supplied artwork, text or photographs.

We do not offer custom or personalised orders at this time. If we are unable to fulfil an order for any reason, we will tell you and refund you in full.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, logos and other content on imerchy.com are owned by us or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission. Buying a printed product gives you ownership of that physical item, not of the design on it.

11. Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or loss of opportunity, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control such as carrier disruption, extreme weather or industrial action. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in this clause removes any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country in which you live.
